I was a litigation attorney for many years. In recent years, I have mediated lawsuits. Most of the articles I have published were published in law journals. I have written some articles for sports publications, such as the Chicago Track Club. I am currently working on a book on the history of high school athlete eligibility litigation in the state of Indiana. The book is an outgrowth of a law journal article I wrote in July, 2012.
